Getting paid

I made my first sale. When does the money reach my bank?

The problem“Someone paid me. The money shows in my dashboard, but not in my bank. When does it arrive?”

Usually two to four weeks after the first sale. Each sale clears for 14 days. The next payout window, the 1st or the 15th, then pays everything available, once it reaches €50 or $50 and you have passed a one-minute ID check.

The timeline

What happens day by day?

  1. Day 0: the sale shows as On the way.
  2. Day 14: it moves to Available now.
  3. The next 1st or 15th: if €50 or $50 is available and your ID check has passed, the payout goes out.
  4. After that: switch to automatic and every window pays you.

“A new sale clears for 14 days before it moves from On the way to Available now.”

Delays

What can hold it up?

  • No bank account in the payout currencyA EUR balance needs a EUR account; without one, that currency waits.
  • ID check not doneThe payout is kept and goes out in the first run after it passes.
  • A disputeThat sale’s money is paused until the buyer’s bank decides.
  • Reserve on new accountsA safety amount is held for a while; the balance shows when it frees up.
