What does Gumroad charge? Gumroad fees explained

10% + $0.50 per direct sale, and card processing of 2.9% + $0.30 comes on top. Sales found through Gumroad’s Discover marketplace cost a flat 30%. Payouts to PayPal cost 2%. Gumroad has been the merchant of record for all sales since 1 January 2025, so it collects and files sales tax and VAT for you. On ten $100 sales, about $863 reaches your bank.

Honestly: Gumroad gives you a marketplace that can send you buyers; AgentaOS does not. If most of your sales come from Discover, the 30% may be worth it. For sales you bring yourself, you keep about $77 more per $1,000 with AgentaOS.
